Lyon is an updated， high quality version of the Classic French Bistro look. Lyon Ebony's handles are made from a high tech engineering plastic called POM. The solid 18/10， full tang body is cast in one-Piece， rivets and all. The POM handle material is then molded right onto the full tangs， making these-Pieces virtually indestructible.
